As a gift to Naperville, Illinois' sister-city Nitra,
Slovkia, Naperville commissioned a quited hanging.
Since both country's flags are red, white and blue, the
color scheme seemed obvious. The armored-arm is
Nitra's city emblem, as the tree-over-water is
Naperville's.
The 9-square background is 100% cotton, and the city emblems are satin appliqued. The hanging measured approximately 36" square. |
